You deal with DeLee, not a call center
This is the real difference. Book direct and every message, from first enquiry to check-out, goes to the person who actually owns and runs the Haus. DeLee answers personally, usually within a few hours. Nobody reads you a script. Nobody escalates your question to a department.
When you need something at eight in the evening — the gate code, a restaurant that’s still serving, a recommendation for tomorrow — that difference stops being abstract.
You skip the extra fees
The large platforms add a service fee on top of the nightly rate. That money doesn’t come to us and it doesn’t improve your stay. Booking direct removes it.
Arrival that fits your day
Check-in at the Haus is flexible. Message DeLee and arrange a time that suits your drive from Austin or San Antonio, rather than circling Fredericksburg for two hours because a system said four o’clock. Check-out isn’t until 2:00 PM, so you get a proper last morning.
We can actually help with the trip
Celebrating an anniversary? Traveling with small children? Want a private chef for one night, or a wine shuttle that collects from the resort? Tell us before you arrive and we’ll do what we can. That kind of arrangement is difficult through a platform and straightforward in a direct conversation.
What you’re booking
The whole Haus — an entire designer tiny home sleeping up to eight, inside Firefly RV & Tiny Home Resort in Fredericksburg, with a pool and hot tub steps from the door, free parking and a full kitchen. Minutes from Luckenbach, fifteen from Main Street, and right at the western end of Wine Road 290.
It’s the same house either way
We’re not holding anything back for direct bookers. The house, the amenities and the welcome are identical. Booking direct simply means fewer fees for you and a real conversation with your host instead of a ticket number.
